Early Access service

JN-AI is operated by JN TechCorp LLC. During Early Access, features, limits, availability, and prices may change as the product is validated. Access is offered to approved customers and is not a promise that every planned capability will be released on a particular date.

Accounts, tenants, and customer content

A customer tenant owns its plan, billing profile, credit wallet, websites, and connected services. An individual developer may be invited to several customer tenants, but may act only within the role granted by each customer. Keep credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis to submit content, connect domains, and request a rebuild of any website or material used with JN-AI. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, accessibility, and publication approval of your website content.

AI output and publishing

JN-AI may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable output. It is a drafting and website-management tool, not legal, medical, financial, tax, or professional advice. Review all output, test website behavior, and obtain any required professional review before publishing.

Private previews remain private until an authorized tenant member approves publication. You are responsible for domain ownership, DNS authorization, and the final live content on your website.

Plans, credits, and billing

Plan limits, included AI credits, optional Commerce add-on pricing, and the billing interval are presented in the Console before checkout. Credits are shared within the tenant account, not assigned to one website or developer. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and applicable taxes or fees may be added where required.

We may suspend access for failed payment, suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, or material breach. Billing changes and cancellation terms will be presented in the applicable checkout or account flow and are subject to the billing period then in effect.

Commerce customers

Commerce is activated per website and uses the tenant business's own connected Stripe account for shopper payments. The merchant—not JN-AI—is responsible for products, pricing, taxes, refunds, fulfillment, customer service, consumer disclosures, and compliance with payment and commerce laws.

Acceptable use and service protection

Do not use JN-AI to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, abuse AI or payment providers, impersonate others, or interfere with the platform. We may apply reasonable limits, reject unsafe requests, or suspend a tenant/site to protect customers and the service.

Disclaimers, liability, and contact

To the extent permitted by law, the Early Access service is provided as available and without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, search ranking, conversion, revenue, or suitability for a particular purpose. These terms govern the service, including applicable notices, limitations, and dispute provisions.
